It generally rebukes ordinary persons and the two vehicles for reckoning the impermanent to be permanent, and reckoning the permanent to be impermanent. Ordinary persons do not understand that the body and objects are impermanent; they falsely cling to them as truly existent, reckon self and what belongs to self, give rise to delusions, create karma, and cycle through the three realms, undergoing all the great sufferings of body and mind.
