### [4.529](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1799.4.529)

> The wondrously perfect is without movement, but arising and ceasing are falsely displayed, blending with the still clarity to form cognition; cognition in turn gathers dharmas. Once faculty and object are knotted, their rushing proceeds without rest, for it is included within any one of the six faculties. Like the previous five faculties, it is also called the four great elements; dwelling within the body, it does not display an external appearance, like seeing in a dark chamber. However, this mental faculty is fundamentally knotted from the false dusts of arising and ceasing; when the false dusts are not separated, the false awareness mirrors brightness. If one disputes over whether it is form or formless, it is like asking flowers in space to bear fruits in space; therefore, that all six are clarified here as the four great elements contains no contradiction.
