> Relying on the principle-substance of tathatā, one gives rise to the unhindered function of wisdom and accomplishes the subtle and wondrous four unhindered understandings, being able to skillfully expound the Dharma everywhere throughout the ten directions; hence it is named the Ground of Good Wisdom. On this ground, one realizes the tathatā of mastery in wisdom, meaning that having realized this tathatā, one attains mastery in the four unhindered understandings—namely, dharmas, meanings, expressions, and delight in expounding. These four take wisdom as their essence, termed mastery in wisdom; one severs the hindrance of disinclination to act within the approach of benefiting others, and cultivates the power-pāramitā to supreme excellence.
