Six conditions: first, already possessing a consecrated bowl; second, having fewer than five mends and not leaking; third, begging from a non-relative; fourth, doing so for oneself; fifth, begging for a bowl conforming to Dharma; sixth, receiving it constitutes the offense. If it has full five mends and does not leak, it is a duṣkṛta. Because this circumstance is rare, it is treated in detail in the Precept Commentary.
