答中，初明尼為僧作。文中三法。由僧非法，尼無奉敬；恐違敬教，得法方開。然下無屈上，止得遙加，故云不須等。次明僧為尼作。三竝現前。《四分》更有捨教授法，亦同遙被。

> In the answer, it first explains the nuns performing \[transactions\] for monks. In the text there are three rites. Since the monks are \[behaving\] contrary to the Dharma, the nuns do not revere or respect them; fearing violation of the teaching on reverence, it is permitted only when they obtain \[a monk with\] the Dharma. However, those below do not humble those above, so they may only confer it from afar; hence it says "it is not necessary," and so forth. Next it explains the monks performing \[transactions\] for the nuns. All three are present in person. The Dharmaguptaka-vinaya also has a rite for relinquishing instruction, which is likewise conferred from afar.
