四分律行事鈔資持記 2.421

- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [2.421](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1805.2.421)

《伽論》中。強奪同下第四（疏依）。軟語同辨說。施已還取，與後不同；謂決施與人，後還或取。《善生》同論，注以示之；偷罪，即犯盜也。

> In the Samyukta-abhidharma-hṛdaya-śāstra. "Violently snatching" is identical to the fourth below (the Commentary relies on this). "Soft words" is identical to "persuasive speech." "Taking back after giving" differs from what follows; it means decisively giving to someone and later taking it back or seizing it. The Upāsaka-śīla-sūtra is the same as the treatise, and notes are used to indicate it; the "crime of stealing" means committing a theft.
