四分律行事鈔資持記 2.489

- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [2.489](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1805.2.489)

非畜中。引《僧祇》；《四分》亦同。文中，非畜同犯。祖師意謂非人制輕，故以無心決之；必有淫心，理應蘭罪。

> Under 'non-humans and animals': citing the Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya; the Dharmaguptaka-vinaya is also identical. In the text, non-humans and animals are the same offense. The Patriarchal Master intended that because the prohibition regarding non-humans is lighter, it is determined by the absence of \[lustful\] mind; if there must be a mind of lust, logically it should be a thullaccaya offense.
