請法中，展轉法分二，初請本眾。衣藥鉢者，《戒本》五長，並須淨施，衣中總收十日月望急施三種。次請餘眾。但同示告，理無具儀。止須一說。

> In the method of request, the indirect method is divided into two. First, requesting members of one's own assembly. Regarding robes, medicine, and bowls: the \*Prātimokṣa\* has five surplus items, all of which must undergo purification through giving; among robes, it collectively subsumes the three types: the ten-day robe, the month-before-the-rains robe, and the emergency robe. Next, requesting members of other assemblies: this is merely identical to an announcement; in principle, there is no complete ceremonial protocol. It only requires speaking it once.
