四分律行事鈔資持記 3.423

- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [3.423](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1805.3.423)

定罪中。宿煮觸足對上五事。自取兼不受，內宿兼殘宿。約文七罪，義加壞生；四提四吉，則為八罪。義加準不受者，既不從人，義無遣淨。

> In determining the offenses: keeping overnight, cooking, touching, and sufficiency correspond to the five matters above. Taking for oneself also includes not receiving \[formally\], and keeping overnight indoors also includes leftover food kept overnight. According to the text there are seven offenses, and conceptually destroying living plant life is added; with four pāyattikas and four duṣkṛtas, this makes eight offenses. Conceptual addition is analogous to not receiving \[formally\]: since it is not obtained from another person, conceptually there is no sending for purification.
