Speaking words of sexual desire to a woman with a defiled mind to seek one's own gratification incurs a saṃghāvaśeṣa. If one preaches the Dharma with a pure mind, rebukes the faults of sensual desire, and so forth, there is no transgression. A woman must be sentient and not yet deceased, unlike in the previous precept.
