If the visitors are more numerous, the resident bhikṣuṇīs should seek concord with the visitors; if concord cannot be obtained, they must go outside the sīmā to recite the precepts. If the resident bhikṣuṇīs have already finished reciting the precepts, and visiting bhikṣuṇīs arrive wishing to recite the precepts, if \[the visitors\] are fewer or equal in number, they must seek concord with the resident bhikṣuṇīs; if concord cannot be obtained, they must go outside the sīmā to recite the precepts.
