> However, what was clarified above was already correlated with the three karmas; how does it differ from this? From the foundations of mindfulness downward, it collectively clarifies the activities of the Tathāgata's mind, termed 'fulfillment of the mind'. Herein, whether the mind of noumenal nature, the mind of phenomenal marks, the saṃbhoga mind, or the nirmāṇa mind, all are explained here. The mind of noumenal nature is in the passages on the dharmakāya; its essence has no activity, and it is spoken of in terms of what can realize it. What are called the three karmas here are all based on manifestation, because the kṛtyānuṣṭhāna-jñāna manifests the three karmas; thus they are the activities of the Tathāgata's mind. The previous correlation with the three karmas pertained to both saṃbhoga and nirmāṇa; therefore it differs from this.
