- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [2.71](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1819.2.71)

> One should know that the retributive fruition of the Pure Land is free from two kinds of reproachful faults: first, the substance; second, the name. The substance has three types: first, persons of the two vehicles; second, women; third, persons whose sense faculties are incomplete. Being free from these three faults is called being free from the reproach of substance. The name also has three types: not only is it free from these three substances, but one does not even hear the three names of the two vehicles, women, and those with incomplete sense faculties; thus it is called being free from the reproach of names. 'Equally' means because of the single aspect of equality.
