- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [26.24](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1821.26.24)

> Regarding "Moreover, the dharma and subsequent categories ... because they take \[the antidotes\] as their objective domains": this explains the fifth line. Because dharma knowledge takes as its objective domain the antidote to the entirety of the desire realm, and because subsequent knowledge takes as its objective domain the antidote to the entirety of the upper realms, dharma knowledge and subsequent knowledge do not take each other as objective domains. Although the dharma knowledges of cessation and the path can also remedy the defilements abandoned through cultivation in the upper realms, they are not the complete remedy, because the dharma knowledges of suffering and origination, being dharma knowledges belonging to the path of seeing, do not remedy the upper realms.
