- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [2.73](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1822.2.73)

> On the text of the treatise: "Furthermore, the sūtra states… invisible and with resistance": This is the second citation of a sūtra as a refutation. In the text there are four: first, citing the text of the sūtra; second, explaining the sūtra's intent; third, an external objection; fourth, resolving the objection. This is the first text. In the sūtra it states that the five faculties and four sense objects are all exclusively derived, while the tangible element is stated to have both great elements and derived matter. This proves that the four great elements are exclusively primary creators, and are not form and so forth.
