The Nyāyānusāra states: "It is only in the three continents of the desire realm, excluding Uttarakuru; however, it is open to men and women who are non-occasionally liberated arhats. Only those who have attained the marginal concentrations (prāntakoṭika-dhyāna) such as non-conflict (araṇā) and supreme vow-knowledge (praṇidhijñāna) are capable of leaping, and none other.
