俱舍論疏 4.21

- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [4.21](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1822.4.21)

論「此義可信至不相離故」，答也。風中顯色但可依教信有，不可比知。或所合香現可取者，雖不可見而香可嗅，香、顯必俱定有顯也。

> On the Śāstra's statement, "This matter is to be believed... because they are not separated": this is the answer. The visible matter in wind can only be believed to exist on the basis of the scriptural teaching; it cannot be known by inference. Or, because the odor associated with it is presently apprehensible: although it cannot be seen, its odor can be smelled; and since odor and visible matter necessarily occur together, visible matter definitely exists.
