俱舍論頌疏論本 18.36

- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [18.36](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1823.18.36)

打心出佛血，害後無學無者，無者，無無間也。此無字通兩處：一、不起殺心，但起打心，出佛身血無無間罪。二、殺後無學亦無無間，謂殺時未成無學，將死時方成無學，名後無學也。

> "Drawing the Buddha's blood with intent to strike, or killing a subsequent non-learner, does not constitute it": "does not constitute it" means there is no act of immediate retribution. This word "does not" applies to two places: first, if one does not produce an intention to kill, but only produces an intention to strike, drawing blood from the Buddha's body does not constitute the sin of immediate retribution; second, killing a subsequent non-learner also does not constitute an immediate retribution—meaning that at the time of the killing \[the victim\] had not yet become a non-learner (aśaikṣa), and only when on the verge of death did he become a non-learner, which is called a 'subsequent non-learner.'"
