> "Arising from the pure mind of its own level, or \[the mind of\] the lower, taintless \[level\]" explains the mind that emerges from the concentration of cessation. The mind emerging from the concentration of cessation arises either as the pure mind of the peak of existence, or as the taintless mind of the lower stage of nothingness. Thus, the entering mind is solely with outflows, while one emerges through either a mind with outflows or a taintless mind.
