- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [12.136](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1828.12.136)

> Among the ten phrases in the larger Avataṃsaka Sūtra, the first five phrases agree completely; it lacks the sixth phrase, 'non-existent nature'; the two phrases 'no coming' and 'no going' correspond to this 'non-transmigration nature' and 'non-cessation nature'; the single phrase 'no beginning, no middle, and no end' is also like the Daśabhūmika-śāstra. That treatise says: 'equal in beginning, middle, and end'; the final phrase 'entering the knowledge of the Tathāgata' is abbreviated, and also does not correspond to the Sanskrit Daśabhūmika.
