瑜伽論記 14.13

- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [14.13](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1828.14.13)

泰云：後思表前思，故名意表業。基云：如身語二種表示於他意唯自表，如發身語業時，必有意表知我作如是事等，即前表知後作此事意俱表業，名意表業。

> Tai says: A subsequent volition manifests the preceding volition; therefore it is called mental manifest action. Ji says: While the two kinds—body and speech—manifest to others, the mind manifests only to oneself. For example, when initiating actions of body and speech, there must be a mental manifestation that knows "I am doing such an act," and so forth; thus the mind that manifests cognition prior to subsequently doing this act is both manifest action; it is called mental manifest action.
