> Fourth is the gate of the three natures of wholesome and so forth. First, distinguishing the wholesome nature itself has three meanings. 1. In terms of nominal and real, generally speaking there are eight, namely the five of faith and so forth and the three taintless ones. 2. Excluding the general to discuss the pure, there are the five of faith and so forth. 3. Selecting from the general, there are parts of six, namely mind and the five feelings; grief pertains to the wholesome and the unwholesome, and taking only the wholesome side is called a part. 4. Feelings and mind pertain to the three natures, and taking only the wholesome side is called a part.
