> Furthermore, 'the teachings of non-Buddhists are inverted teachings' refers to the erroneously heard teaching. 'Whatever moral precepts \[they hold\] are not visible to direct perception,' etc.: because the austerities and keeping of precepts of non-Buddhists have a cause but no fruit that can be directly perceived, they are erroneous dharmas of practice. 'Whatever meditative attainments \[they have\] possess vexation and are not ultimate,' etc.: these are erroneous dharmas of realization. The reverse of these is called 'correct'.
