> First, "awareness not yet awakened": one is aware of wholesome and unwholesome, but has not awakened to whether there is retribution or no retribution. Second, "giving rise to undue pride regarding the realized dharma": although one has not realized the four truths, one claims "I have realized them and there is no future life." Third, "awareness already awakened but not yet determined": although aware of wholesome and unwholesome and awakened to retribution, one is still not determined regarding wholesome and unwholesome, \[thinking\] "I do not know now the determined characteristics of wholesome and unwholesome." Fourth, "feeble and dull": meaning inferior and dull by nature, unable to answer correctly.
