瑜伽論記 2.326

- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [2.326](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1828.2.326)

若我體性一切永無，是則應無受業果者，不可以未來無故現在亦無，現在既有不可我一切永無，故我體性在，現在有在，未來世一切永無，是則應無受業異熟，故成斷滅。

> Under "If the intrinsic nature of the self were utterly and permanently non-existent, then there would be no one experiencing the fruit of karma": one cannot say that because it does not exist in the future, it also does not exist in the present. Since it exists in the present, the self cannot be utterly and permanently non-existent. Therefore, the intrinsic nature of the self exists in the present, and is utterly and permanently non-existent in the future; then there would be no one experiencing the maturation of karma, and thus it becomes annihilationism.
