In the second proposition for ignorance, not mentioning the distinct retributive karmic fruition of veiled-unspecified \[nature\] is due to abbreviation; the same applies to the second proposition for formations not mentioning veiled-unspecified consciousness. Or, in the phrase, "there is craving that is not conditioned by feeling, namely, seeking liberation, and abandoning other cravings based on wholesome craving": desire for wholesome phenomena is called the craving that seeks liberation. And regarding all wholesome craving revulsing from and abandoning greedy craving: because it is not conditioned by feeling conforming to craving that it arises, it is not craving; and because feeling and feeling conforming to craving are absent simultaneously and prior to it, it is said not to be conditioned by it, which is not contradictory.
