瑜伽論記 3.279

- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [3.279](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1828.3.279)

若但說生緣老死等者，或有生疑為與言論作如是說理未必爾，為決彼疑顯此理定，是故復說非不緣生有老死等。

> If one only said 'conditioned by birth, there are old age and death,' some might give rise to doubt: 'Is this merely spoken as conventional discourse, while the principle is not necessarily so?' To resolve that doubt and reveal that this principle is definite, it is therefore said again: 'it is not that, not conditioned by birth, there are old age and death.'
