### [5.311](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1828.5.311)

> Fascicle nine of the Abhidharmasamuccaya says: The path of provisions, the path of application, the path of seeing, the path of cultivation, and the path of no-learning are all called the truth of the path; here it is said that the cause of cessation subsumes only the former four. Another explanation: The provisions and expedients here are both taintless paths, being the remote and proximate applications prior to the uninterrupted path; hence it differs from the Abhidharmasamuccaya, where the former path capable of tranquilizing is the uninterrupted path.
