- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [6.443](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1828.6.443)

> The fifth line in the verse says, 'The yogin's action and cultivation.' Within this there are two explanations: One says that 'the yogin's action' verses the tenth question in the preceding prose, 'what is done'; 'yogin' verses the eleventh, 'how many kinds'; and 'cultivation' verses the twelfth question, 'cultivation'. Another says that according to other sūtras and treatises, the verses do not necessarily follow the prose in order; thus the verse text summarizes the above prose without following the sequence, merely following convenience of expression; hence 'yogin' verses the eleventh question, 'action' verses the tenth question, and 'cultivation' verses the twelfth question. In the explanation according to the questions, there are seventeen sections.
