> The treatise says: "This means that in the initial signless abode, bodhisattvas have already attained ten kinds of wisdom that penetrate the ultimate truth of all phenomena." As Master Huiyuan explains: The non-arising of all phenomena has ten attainments; the wisdom that understands this non-arising is called the penetrating wisdom. Now we further state that the ultimate truth of all phenomena refers to the suchness revealed by eliminating the two grasps. Now it is made clear that eliminating the two grasps and the revealed suchness is called the wisdom that penetrates the ultimate truth of all phenomena.
