The first five precede the smṛtyupasthānas, the aśubha-bhāvanā, and so forth; the next one is in the aśubha-bhāvanā, smṛtyupasthānas, and so forth; the next one is in the four roots of goodness, because one generates delight and aversion toward cyclic existence and nirvāṇa, which is precisely the contemplation of the four truths; the latter two can be known. These nine above have nirvāṇa with remainder as foremost.
