成唯識論述記 6.23

- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [6.23](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1830.6.23)

> The Commentary states: Below, proof from reasoning is cited. When the consciousnesses arise, they necessarily take spheres as cognitive objects and rely on roots; this is called having the harmony of the three (tri-saṃnipāta). The harmony of the three definitely produces contact, and it is also due to contact that there is the harmony of the three. Furthermore, if there were no contact, the mind and mental factors would be dispersed and unable to be in harmony to contact a single sphere together. Now, since there is the harmony of the three and the mind and mental factors are in harmony contacting the sphere together, contact must definitely exist and be definitely omnipresent.
