答：且相無自性性。初言相無自性是法本性。相自體無。重言性者教立為性。意顯於相無自性說為相無性。非說有性名為無性。餘二准知。

> Answer: Take, first, the nature of the naturelessness of characteristics. The initial words "naturelessness of characteristics" refer to the original nature of the phenomenon: its characteristic lacks substantial essence. Repeating the word "nature" (tā) means that it is established by teaching as a nature. The intention is to show that with regard to the naturelessness of characteristics, it is spoken of as the naturelessness of characteristics; it is not meant that there is an existing nature called naturelessness. The other two should be understood accordingly.
