> "Conforming in a single thought-moment" is the path of uninterrupted \[concentration\] (ānantarya-mārga). As the Abhidharmasamuccayavyākhyā says: "The ultimate path is the diamond-like samādhi. This has two kinds: that subsumed under the path of expedient means, and that subsumed under the path of uninterrupted \[concentration\]." These three phrases clarify the one capable of awakening. Saying that "awakening to the initial arising of the mind" clarifies that which is awakened to.
