起信論疏筆削記 10.4

- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [10.4](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1848.10.4)

疏三：初、正釋也。如依一水而有千波，波無別體，皆同一水。然未下，對前辨異。初指昔，今既下顯今，並可知。

> The commentary has three parts: first, directly explaining. It is like a thousand waves existing on the basis of a single body of water: the waves have no separate substance and are all identical to the one water. 'However, not yet…' distinguishes the difference in contrast with what precedes. The first points to the past, and 'now since…' reveals the present; both can be understood.
