> Tenth, discerning movement and stillness: When a dust mote flutters with the wind, this is movement; when it is quiet and unmoving, this is stillness. Now, at the time of stillness, because movement is not destroyed, it entirely uses movement to accomplish stillness; now, at the time of movement, because stillness is not destroyed, it entirely uses stillness to accomplish movement. Because the entire essence mutually accomplishes \[them\], the time of movement is precisely stillness, and the time of stillness is precisely movement. It is also like the wind: originally without movement, it can move all things. If it possessed movement beforehand, it would lose its own essence and could no longer move anything. Contemplate this.
