> Eighth, merging the pervasive and the restricted: the dust mote's small characteristic is restricted, while the absence of intrinsic essence in that very characteristic is pervasive. Now, boundless oceans of kṣetras constantly appear within the dust mote, which is the pervasive always being restricted; a single dust mote fully pervades the oceans of kṣetras, which is the restricted always being pervasive. Furthermore, without destroying the small, it accommodates the large: that is, the inconceivable single dust mote vastly accommodates buddha-kṣetras; without obliterating the large, it abides in the small: that is, the inconceivable oceans of buddha-kṣetras constantly appear within the dust mote. This is the unobstructedness of the pervasive and the restricted.
