- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [1.33](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1880.1.33)

經云「諸法從緣起，無緣即不起」，即理事無礙門，同一緣起也。上句示緣，中句辨起，下句總結。然釋此初章，非獨摭起信申義，亦乃採下文為準。

> A sutra states: "All dharmas arise from conditions; without conditions, they do not arise." This is the gate of non-obstruction between principle and phenomena, sharing an identical pratītyasamutpāda. The first phrase indicates conditions; the middle phrase distinguishes arising; the lower phrase concludes. In explaining this first chapter, one does not solely draw on the Awakening of Faith to state the meaning, but also adopts the subsequent text as the standard.
