- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [1.346](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1884.1.346)

謂諸事法與理非一（故局），即非異故（故通），令此事法不離一處即全遍十方一切塵內，由非異即非一故，全遍十方而不動一位，即遠即近、即遍即住，無障無礙。

> This means that all phenomenal dharmas are not identical with principle (hence particular), and because they are immediately not different \[from it\] (hence universal), they cause this phenomenal dharma, without departing from a single place, to entirely pervade within all specks of dust of the ten directions. Because non-difference is immediately non-identity, it entirely pervades the ten directions without moving from a single position: immediately distant and immediately near, immediately pervading and immediately abiding, unobstructed and unhindered.
