> When the Dharma-eye is thoroughly clear, / Only then can one penetratingly realize it. This verse praises the contemplative wisdom that can penetrate, and the nature-emptiness that is penetrated. Since the nature of conditions is already empty, it is the unchanging principle; hence it is said to be extremely profound. The Zhaolun says: "The pratyekabuddha realizes that conditions are detached, thereby realizing the truth."
