- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [2.79](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1885.2.79)

> The spirit of the grasses and trees changes; / The atmosphere of rivers and mountains is renewed. This verse directly reveals the meaning of this gate. It means that true suchness can accord with conditions, renewed without abiding, forming all phenomena. If phenomena were to abide, it would not be called wondrous function. And tell me, to what kind of person does this belong?
