> Great Holy World-Honored One, towering and majestic, / divine wisdom wondrous and penetrating, king among all sages. / His form pervades the six destinies, his body dispersed throughout the ten directions; / on his crown is the uṣṇīṣa mark, from his neck radiates sunlight, / his face is like the full moon, adorned with a wondrous golden hue, / his deportment outstanding, his actions serene. / His awe-inspiring power shakes the great trichiliocosm, the hordes of Māra panic in alarm; / his three clear knowledges shine thoroughly, the myriad evils skulk away. / Seeing evil he must rescue, relieving suffering is his sustenance; / ferrying across to the shore of birth and death, he serves as a boat and rudder.
