> With sovereign spiritual power, rescue and pull out the hell kings and ministers of the hell realm, as well as the eighteen partition hells and their retinues of various hells. Such eighteen partition hells each have hells as retinues, including all the ox-headed demons and all suffering sentient beings of all the hells throughout the hell realm; may these sentient beings all attain liberation today, and may the causes of their offenses and the results of their suffering be extinguished together. From this day forward, may they ultimately and forever sever the karma of the hell realm, ultimately never again fall into the three wretched paths; abandoning hell rebirth, may they obtain rebirth in the pure lands; abandoning hell life, may they obtain wisdom life; abandoning hell bodies, may they obtain vajra bodies; abandoning hell suffering, may they obtain the joy of nirvāṇa; abandoning hell suffering, may they generate the bodhicitta, with the four immeasurables and six pāramitās ever manifesting before them, the four unobstructed eloquence and six spiritual penetrations at their command, courageous and vigorous without rest or pause, up to and including advancing in practice to fulfill the stages of the ten grounds, returning to deliver all boundless sentient beings, entering the vajra-like mind to attain equal and perfect awakening.
