摩訶止觀 1.112

- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [1.112](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1911.1.112)

若聞無生，謂二乘無三界生，菩薩未無生。若聞無生，謂三乘皆無三界生。若聞無生，二乘非分，但在菩薩。菩薩先無分段生，次無變易生。若聞無生，一無生一切無生。

> If one hears "non-arising," one may say that the two vehicles are free from arising in the three realms, while bodhisattvas are not yet free from arising. Or, upon hearing "non-arising," one may say that all three vehicles are free from arising in the three realms. Or, upon hearing "non-arising," one may say that it is not the lot of the two vehicles, but pertains only to bodhisattvas: bodhisattvas first are free from lifespan-allotted arising, and next free from transformative arising. Or, upon hearing "non-arising," one may understand that when one is unarisen, all are unarisen.
