- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [2.138](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1911.2.138)

> Furthermore, the ultimate import (zhigui) is also like this. Namely: intent, non-intent, neither intent nor non-intent; return, non-return, neither return nor non-return. Each and every one must enter into the secret storehouse, which can be understood by analogy with the above. 'Intent' is because of one's own practice; 'non-intent' is because of transforming others; 'neither intent nor non-intent' is because there is neither self nor other. Since the ultimate import of the three virtues is quiescent like this, what name could be spoken to indicate it? Not knowing what to call it, it is arbitrarily named 'middle way', 'true reality', 'dharmakāya', 'neither calming nor contemplation', and so forth; it is also arbitrarily named 'sarvākārajñatā', 'equal great wisdom', 'contemplation of prajñāpāramitā', and so forth; it is also arbitrarily named 'Śūraṅgama samādhi', 'great nirvāṇa', 'inconceivable vimokṣa calming', and so forth.
