> First, bounding entry into dhyāna. As for the lion's play entry into samādhi: detached from desires and evil, unwholesome phenomena, with vitarka and vicāra, one enters the first dhyāna, and in this manner enters sequentially the second dhyāna, third dhyāna, fourth dhyāna, the base of space, the base of consciousness, the base of nothingness, the base of neither-conceptualization-nor-non-conceptualization, and the cessation of feeling and conceptualization. This is bounding entry.
