> Fourth, the fearlessness in expounding the path to the exhaustion of suffering. The Buddha makes this sincere statement: 'The noble path expounded by me is able to transcend the world; by practicing in accordance with it, one is able to exhaust all suffering. If there should be any śramaṇa, brāhmaṇa, deva, Māra, Brahmā, or any other beings who could say in accordance with reality: "Practicing this path, one cannot transcend the world, cannot exhaust suffering," I do not see even the slightest sign of fear. For this reason, I have attained security, attained fearlessness, and abide peacefully in the state of the noble lord. Like a bull king, I roar the lion's roar in the great assembly and can turn the Brahma wheel, which no śramaṇa, brāhmaṇa, deva, Māra, Brahmā, or any other beings can truly turn.' This is the fourth fearlessness.
