> First, indicating both together. That the general resides in a single thought-moment means: if we speak of the mutual subsumption of all dharmas, whichever single dharma is brought up can serve as the general, which is the non-differentiation of the three. Now, in order to make contemplation easy to accomplish, we specially point to the mental dharma of a single thought-moment as the general. However, this general and specific cannot be separately paired with principle and phenomena; one should know that the three thousand realms inherent in principle and the three thousand realms functioning in phenomena each have their own general and specific; only when these two are identical to each other can it be termed a wondrous realm.
