> Now, the duality of mind arises from manifold delusions. Although manifold delusions are empty, the deluded still cling to them. If they are not untied, the sages grieve over them. The profound resonance flows freely yet without speech; the dharmakāya is empty yet possesses forms. When forms are not understood and exposition is not complete, who can know the destination of the single flavor's purport and the path beyond words? The essential principle of samādhi is to lead those who have lost their way in weakness to know that the non-dual dharma gate abides within speech and silence—not merely Vimalakīrti holding his tongue and Mañjuśrī raising praise!
