> when rightly asked about the three categories, he spoke in mysterious silence.
> Few understand high discourse beyond material things;
> worldly wisdom and eloquent intellect are not extraordinary.
> People on the Way frequently seek each other out;
> in the blink of an eye or the raise of an eyebrow, it is right there.
> Qiu and Bo were only just close at that time;
> besides them, who else could strike back and forth?
> An ancient said: "A single unity of heaven and earth is hemmed in by right and wrong;
> therefore Shaolin constantly faced the wall."
> A verse says:
> Cease the sūtras, discontinue treatises, and cut off literary compositions;
> to emulate the ancestral lineage and continue the ancient sovereigns.
